SHOPPERS in Kidderminster could have been forgiven for thinking they had stepped back in time when they came across a special event to raise money for a mental health charity. Bonnie Clewlow and Ron Horne take a rest from the charleston to boost Kidderminster's Mind shop.
Four volunteers brought the roaring 1920s to life with fancy dress and music outside the Mind shop in Worcester Street.
The event was arranged to raise cash and awareness of the work done by the charity to coincide with national Mind Week.
Branch manager Frances Watkins said it had been well received by shoppers.
"Some people were dancing round the shop to the music!" she added.
Anyone wishing to do volunteer work at the shop can call 01562 863377.
