DON'T waste time. Go and buy tickets for Nobody's Perfect at Malvern Theatres.
Written by Simon Williams and starring Simon Williams and Stephanie Beacham, it's about as perfect a romantic comedy as you're likely to see.
The pace is very quick, so you don't have a chance to start shifting and squirming in your seat. The acting is, as you might expect, spot-on, and even the set and costumes are faultless - especially Stephanie Beacham's dreamy concoctions.
The relationship between the four characters results in wonderful banter with quick witted one liners producing snorts of laughter in the audience. And you can see the actors are enjoying their performance, safe in the knowledge that their audience is having a great night. It would be cruel to pick out any one actor for special mention because they were all very good. Simon Williams, teetering in his three-inch heels, took inspiration from Tony Curtis in Some Like It Hot and played the part of Myrtle Banbury with an uneasy grace, producing some classic comedy moments.
Stephanie Beacham oozed professional sex appeal, Moray Watson as the randy "gramps" was just lovely and Amy Williams, Simon's daughter, was the cherry on the icing. Nobody's Perfect will go a long way, so try and catch it while it's still fresh.
It runs at Malvern Theatres until Saturday, June 2.
