Green 1st XI are still looking for their first league win of the season after going down by five wickets at Brockhampton.
Martin Heaton won the toss and decided to bat on a good looking batting wicket. Richard Williams (44) and Jez Clarke (17) put on 41 for the first wicket. Clarke was bowled by Wargen, Tom Harvey (54) then joined Williams to add 51 runs.
Phil Divito (52no) and Tim Clarke (5no) took the score to 181-4 after their 50 overs. Wargen 2-67 off 25 overs was the pick of the home attack.
The home side made a solid start with Parker (43) and Cook (11) putting on 41 for the first wicket in good time.
It was David Creese (2-55) and Tom Harvey (2-44) who made the breakthrough. But Brockhampton were always in the driving seat, with good knocks from Aston (23), Walker (31), Price (28), Watkins (23no) and J Price (14no) who saw them home with just three overs left.
