POLICE saw a driver stagger when he left his car after being stopped on the Spennells estate at 1.30am.
He was arrested after a breath test and found to be more than twice over the legal alcohol limit, Kidderminster magistrates heard.
Luke Ashcroft, 21, of High Street, Bewdley, was banned for two years and fined £180, with £55 costs, when he admitted driving with a breath alcohol reading of 80, against the limit of 35.
