KIDDERMINSTER'S Chris Holmes won two medals as Great Britain retained the BT Five Nations Challenge Trophy at Ponds Forge, Sheffield.
The Paralympic elite squad clinically despatched all-comers by claiming 15,213 points from 16 events, almost 300 points ahead of nearest rivals Poland.
Holmes, now based in London, struck gold in the 50m freestyle in the S12 category for partially-sighted swimmers in a time of 26.87 seconds, while he also won silver in the 100m freestyle in 1.01.46.
