CYCLING: Wyre Forest Fabricolor Cycle Racing Club member Adrian Manning set a personal best time when he beat the hour, riding a 25-mile time trial in Wales in 59 minutes 6 seconds.
Clubmate Rob Coles rode the same course a few days later and recorded one hour 3-27.
