DEAN Bennett's lifestyle has undergone massive changes since he was transfer listed by Kidderminster Harriers, admits manager Jan Molby.
As well as working hard in games, the former West Bromwich Albion professional has changed his daily routine off the pitch for the better.
And Bennett, 23, is regularly in for extra training to improve on aspects of his game such as turning with the ball.
The midfielder is now clearly playing the simple pass more often and more effectively and he has been one of the better players in a Harriers shirt in the last two games against Leyton Orient and Southend United.
And Molby has seen enough to admit Bennett is faring far better in Division Three at the moment.
The Harriers boss said: "He didn't have a particularly good night against Southend but then neither did the others. He did though keep on winning tackles and putting in headers.
"I would say he is having his best spell in the Football League but there is more to come.
"He works extremely hard in games and the way he has changed his life and approach I hope he keeps for the rest of his football career."
Among Bennett's changes have been giving up his role as manager of a Sunday football team.
