RESIDENTS are being offered the chance to have their say on house building plans drawn up by Wychavon District Council.
The council has rescheduled a series of consultation days, cancelled earlier this year because of foot and mouth, as part of a review of the Local Plan.
Hartlebury Parish Hall will be one of the venues on Thursday, July 12, when staff will be on hand to listen to views on issues including employment, health care and housing.
The council is required to provide sites for 1,270 new homes in Wychavon by 2011.
Four options for urban development will be presented at the consultation days.
Wychavon policy plans manager Dave Tomaney said although the proposals showed relatively low numbers of houses on greenfield sites on the edges of towns, the locations eventually chosen could influence the development of towns for the next 20 years.
The event will include activities for all ages.
