AN irate Droitwich Spa councillor wants action after he spotted cars, without valid passes, parked in spaces reserved for disabled drivers.
Last Monday, Cllr John Cook (Lab, Droit.West) saw the offending vehicles in newly-appointed spaces in St Andrew's Street and outside the Post Office and health centre, in Ombersley Street East.
The same night at a planning committee meeting Cllr Cook asked what action could be taken.
He said: "These spaces are for disables residents. If people can't see this there's something wrong."
Committee chairman Cllr Don Lawley (Con, Droit.South) said it was a police matter and members agreed to contact them.
