A YOUTH was robbed of his wallet containing £71 when he was held up at knife-point by two men in broad daylight.
The man, who has not been named by police, was not injured but was badly shaken by the incident.
It happened when the youth, who lives in the area, was walking in Leach Heath Lane, Rubery, near St Chad's Park, at about 1.20pm last Wednesday, June 13.
He was approached by two men, one of whom police believe was brandishing a penknife.
They challenged the youth and made off with the cash in the direction of Eachway.
Police say both offenders are black. One is 6ft 2ins tall, of slim build, aged in his early 20s. He was wearing a blue jacket, dark jeans and a black baseball cap.
His accomplice is 5ft 8ins tall, thin, and was wearing black jeans and a white T-shirt. He has chin length dreadlocks.
Anyone with information or who saw the robbery should contact PC Joanne Dineen, of Rubery police, on (01527) 584888.
