A STORY on our election pages last week inadvertently indicated that June Longmuir was retiring from the county council.
This was caused by two words being omitted, which would have made it clear she was simply standing down as leader of the Conservative Group.
We're sorry if this caused any embarrassment, and as June says, she will continue to serve the people on her patch 100 per cent.
