SWIMMING: Wyre Forest Swimming Club A team were Division One champions in the final round of the Nuneaton Junior Swimming League.
They achieved 13 first places, nine seconds and 11 thirds out of 43 races in the junior galas for nine to 12-year-olds.
The club also entered a team in Division Three and included a first-time competitor.
Division One was contested at Coseley where the 11-year-olds in particular were placed highly in most of their races and the girls won five out of six.
The Division Three event was at Wolverhampton and the nine-year-olds were placed in the top three in each of their races with four firsts, five seconds and nine thirds.
