A THIEF broke the door off an MEB Landrover outside a house and stole tools from inside it.
The incident, witnessed by a nine-year-old boy, happened at around 5.45pm in Bradley Thursfield Court in Kidderminster on Monday.
The man drove away in a blue Ford Fiesta.
He is described as white, in his early 20s, 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build, with short, dark shaved hair and stubble on his chin. He was wearing a white T-shirt, a black jumper and black jeans.
