A CHARGE of ram-raiding in Kidderminster town centre is to go to crown court for trial, magistrates decided.
They refused a defence application for the case to be kept in their court.
Andrew Addleton, 22, of Jubilee Drive, and Martin Reece, 25, of Walter Nash Road, both Kidderminster, are accused of attempted burglary at the Motorworld car accessory shop in Oxford Street.
The prosecution alleges that they used a car to damage the front door but failed to get inside.
The men also face a similar charge at Road Users UK in High Street, Stourport, attempting to enter by using a breeze block to attack the door. They were bailed to be back in court on August 24 for committal for trial.
