TWO 18-year-old men from Kidderminster have been arrested following an assault on a man and his girlfriend in the town centre which left him with a broken jaw.
The 22-year-old was walking along Worcester Street, at 11.30pm on Saturday, June 2, when he was set on by two youths. His girlfriend suffered an injury to her finger during the incident.
Half an hour later the man was walking by Comberton Hill subway when he was again attacked by the youths and suffered a broken jaw.
The arrests were made on Monday as a result of information given by a member of the public to police following an appeal for help in the Shuttle/Times and News.
