AN article in your newspaper dated June 14 states that Wychavon District Council have ordered a small business managing director to remove an A board, whatever that may be, from the grass verge near a Broadway roundabout.
Although I agree with this action, to be fair, the same rule should apply to the awful 'Wine and Cider' signs in the same area and also the B & B and local estate agents signboards in Station Road, Broadway. The latter boards are now being placed near the footways, an eyesore and also a nuisance to nearby residents when driving out of their properties. Surely these signs should be placed in the gardens of the houses advertised.
