NEW recruits are lining up to help a Kidderminster charity after workers there staged a town centre display.
Staff from the Wyre Forest Volunteer Centre, Worcester Street, put up balloons and banners in the Rowland Hill Centre to tell shoppers more about their work.
Manager Bev Grove said: "The main aim was to enlist new volunteers who will go through our recruitment system. We shall match them to a suitable organisation."
These range from one-to-one support for people with head injuries to lending a hand at archaeological and historical sites.
The Volunteer Centre is open from Tuesday to Thursday, from 10am until 3pm.
