BEWDLEY folk may soon be able to have all their tea in china thanks to town mayor Carol Gittins.
Although not many people will choose to drink from the intricately illustrated china mugs she has commissioned to raise money for her chosen charities.
They are among a selection of items adorned with artwork of Bewdley by town artist John Instance, including cruet sets and trinket boxes.
Mrs Gittins is following in the footsteps of her husband, Paul, who arranged for similar items to be produced to mark millennium year when he was mayor.
Her charities are Dial-a-Ride and Age Concern's minibus fund.
The china items are available from Bewdley's tourist information centre in Load Street.
