NEW College catering students finished off their course in style last week, preparing for their final theme event.
Held at the Old Library restaurant, students prepared a variety of buffet ideas for their advanced buffet work.
From June 12-15, students showed what had been created, including an English country garden with pig roast and strawberries and cream.
Diners at the college could then enjoy a taste of the buffet throughout the week.
