MALVERN Hills Conservators have had about 30 inquiries from householders worried about the imposition of charges to confirm rights of way across common land.
A new Act of Parliament means the board might have to start charging to provide written evidence of the rights of way.
Property owners who have had their right of access confirmed by letter in the past would be exempt.
The charges will be discussed at the board meeting on July 12.
