TWO motorcyclists accelerated away from a police car travelling at over 100mph on the 70mph Evesham to Bidford Road, Evesham magistrates were told.
The two riders, Stephen Jones, aged 29, and Martyn Creese, aged 33, both on Pontypool, Gwent, admitted speeding on August 13, but said their speed was only around 85mph.
Jones was banned for six months under the totting-up procedure and fined £50, and Creese was fined £130 and his licence endorsed with four penalty points. They were both ordered to pay costs of £35.
