A PREMIER law firm has gone a step further in developing its potential by appointing a new corporate department team.
The fresh batch of solicitors at Harrison Clark in Deansway, Worcester, are being led by Rod Thomas, who joined as a partner from DLA in Birmingham.
The team is made up of associate Robert Capper, who has been with the firm for five years, assistant solicitor Arpinder Dhillon, who joined when she qualified, and trainees Sarabjit Kaur and Ricky Sidhu.
Harrison Clark offers a full range of corporate legal services including share and asset sales and acquisitions, management buy-out and buy-ins and company restructuring.
It acts for clients ranging from sole traders to multi-national plcs, with the majority based in Worcester and the county.
Rod Thomas said they intended to make the department not only the premier corporate department in Worcester but also in the region.
"We will do this by providing a full range of services for businesses large and small in the area," he said.
