PEOPLE interested in physical fitness and well-being may want to attend a fitness day at Nunnery Wood High School, in Spetchley Road, Worcester.
The day, to be held on Saturday, July 7, is to demonstrate The Fitness League (TFL) exercise technique.
Part-dance and part-exercise, the TFL technique teaches rhythmic movements to music, which "energise and strengthen" the whole body.
It improves posture and co-ordination, increases muscular strength, flexibility of the joints and energy levels, and decreases stress.
At the TFL fitness day, which runs from 1.30pm to 5pm, people will be able to watch a class, try out some of the exercises and find out what it is like to be a teacher.
