UP-AND-COMING tennis star Lewis Barnes will get a taste of Centre Court action at Wimbledon on Saturday.
The Torton 11-year-old will join seven fellow members of the National Futures Squad in a one-hour demonstration of the sport.
It is being organised by former British number one Mark Cox who heads the squad, made up of the best young players in the country.
Barnes, a pupil at Lickhill Middle School in Stourport, was due to head to London today for a chance to get used to playing on grass.
He has also been given a players pass to find out how professionals prepare for a Grand Slam tournament.
Barnes is coached by Worcestershire county performance officer Marc Kalkman - who helped Olympic wheelchair champion Monique Kalkman - and former British international Les Davies.
