AUSTRALIAN Tony Bristow blew away Bromsgrove Cricket Club's First XI on Saturday with a scintillating 156 not out.
Leamington eased to victory in this Birmingham and District League Premier Division game after Town scored 236.
Opener Jamie Campbell put on 62 for the first wicket with Nick Davies who made a free flowing 42.
Paul Duffy (42) and Jerome Conner (64) then put on a partnership of 100 to give the perfect springboard for a huge total - but South African Klopper had other ideas.
He bowled accurately to finish with five wickets as Bromsgrove's middle order failed to capitalise on the good work.
But it was still Town's highest score of the season.
The Boars began well with the ball as Kish Patel picked up two quick wickets.
Klopper (14) and Bristow put on a significant partnership before Klopper fell to Davies.
Former England opener Wayne Larkins then became Nick Husbands's debut First XI wicket of the season.
Bromsgrove seemed back in the game at this point but Bristow, receiving good support from Wagg (35 not out), consistently found the boundary.
A dropped catch when he was on 94 could have changed the game but the visitors won with two overs to spare.
Bromsgrove are now back in the relegation zone after recording their sixth loss.
They have won just once in the league this year.
