STUDLEY captain Mark Lewis was setting his sights on a mid-table spot ahead of Saturday's daunting trip to league leaders Kings Heath.
The Washford Fields side sit second from bottom of the Birmingham Two East after a winning draw against Moseley Ashfield on Saturday.
Studley were unable to finish off negative opponents after taking a handful of quick wickets and were left frustrated but banked 13 priceless league points to give them a cushion over basement boys Four Oaks.
And Lewis said his side were not afraid of tackling the leaders.
"The league table does not lie and Kings Heath are top for all the right reasons and have some very good players.
"But in our last three matches we have had a win, a winning draw and a losing draw and on Saturday we scored a few runs.
"On this year's performances Saturday will be a tough game and my only worry is the fixture might have come around too soon.
"We are starting to rebuild confidence and a defeat could put us back to square one.
"But we will go into the match with a positive attitude and assess our league position afterwards at the halfway stage."
Brandon Kelso is the only absentee on Saturday (1pm start) after pulling a hamstring at the weekend. He could be out for at least three weeks.
