STRUGGLING Wythall Cricket Club hauled themselves off the bottom of Warwickshire Four Central with a welcome win over Five Ways Old Edwardians.
And spokesman Matt Elwell said confidence was now on a high.
"We put out our strongest team of the season on Saturday," he said. "Hopefully we can keep the same side together at the weekend."
With lowly Bridge Trust losing, Wythall were able to climb off the bottom.
Five Ways were all out for 131 with Tom McClaughlan taking three for ten. They reached their target for the loss of three wickets, Ash Hussein unbeaten on 65.
Wythall travel to Aston Old Eds on Saturday (1pm).
