I NOTICE that once again Pat Bannister is refusing to face up to the reality of the situation in the town of Bromsgrove with regard to the Rovers.
The Supporters' Society has organised this present ballot to prove that public opinion is against the Bannisters and their handling of affairs at the Victoria Ground.
Their record speaks for itself, relegation, three managers and 70 players in one season, it's a hardly a record of success, more of a laughing stock.
Pat Bannister wheels out the same old excuses week after week, like, 'I saved the club from folding because of the money I put into it.'
In reality it's the supporters' money he is spending.
What he should realise is, that rather than saying the ballot is irrelevant and he doesn't care if he only gets one vote in his favour, he should very carefully consider that the other 1,000 votes against the Bannisters are 1,000 voices that won't be heard on the terraces of the Victoria Ground as long as the Bannisters are in control.
That's the reality.
The Supporters' Society is 100 per cent behind Bromsgrove Rovers and always will be.
Personally, I had much more entertainment paying a pound to get in to each of the recent Sports Forums held in the Victoria Club, than the money I spent passing through the turnstiles to watch the football.
