A KIDDERMINSTER woman has warned people to be wary of letters telling them they have won a holiday.
Marcia Walker, of Dunlin Drive, was asked to send £29.50 to a firm called Holidays Direct in Bournemouth after receiving a letter offering a choice of destinations as a prize.
But she was unable to contact the firm on the telephone number supplied and the Southampton-based firm called Holidays Direct listed under directory inquiries had no knowledge of any letter.
"I'm just worried that someone might get the same letter and send the money off without checking," she said.
