An alien man-eating plant is back in Bromyard and demanding to be fed by pupils at Queen Elizabeth High School.
The school's production of The Little Shop of Horrors had to be cancelled in March, as the foot and mouth crisis broke and several farms in the Bromyard area were confirmed as having cases of the disease.
But now the show is back and was touring local primary schools on Wednesday (June 27) before starting a three-night run at the high school itself.
The curtain will rise for the last time on the production this evening (Friday) at 7.30pm.
Teacher Mair Pennington said: "The pupils have worked extremely hard to overcome the disappointment of the cancellation of the original dates in March."
The musical is about a flower shop assistant who discovers a strange and unusual plant which develops and flourishes as a result of an unhealthy taste for human blood. Tickets and further details are available on 01885 482230.
