"WE have a lot to learn from Europe" says T A James, (You Say, June 27).
On behalf of the UK Independence Party I would make it very clear that we are not anti-European, but very much anti-European Union.
We are always open to learning from others and listen carefully to the growing number of people in Europe (including Ireland) who are becoming increasingly aware and very concerned with the loss of their country's independence, freedom and self-government.
Perhaps the reason why so few pro-Europeans express their views through the Evening News is, that they are not aware of the advanced stage of the proposed European Superstate and the consequential loss of our sovereignty.
As for being wrapped up in the Union Jack, yes we plead guilty to that. So now let's unfold it and fly it proudly over a free, democratic, United Kingdom.
