FOUR young musicians will be performing for the public as members of the Upton Arts Music Group.
The concert on Saturday, July 7 is due to take place at the Memorial Hall, Upton-upon-Severn.
It will feature Shulah Oliver, a former King's School Worcester pupil, who has played with several orchestras on the violin.
Ms Oliver won a music scholarship to King's where she gained advanced certificates in violin, viola, flute and singing. She is now at the Royal College of Music.
Also appearing is 16-year-old Christopher Morgan, a former chorister at Hereford Cathedral. He is now a tenor in the Hereford Cathedral Voluntary Choir.
He has just finished his GCSE exams and is working for his Grade 8 singing exam.
The other performers will be Felicity Hainge and Rosie Earl. They will be performing duets and solos on the flute.
They are both pupils at Hanley Castle High School where they play in wind bands and in the Hanley Community Orchestra.
Tickets for the concert, which starts at 7.30pm, can be bought at the door at £4 for members, £4.50 non-members and £1 for students and children. The concert will be followed by light refreshments.
