I DROVE through Astwood Bank yesterday and saw a group of about eight unaccompanied children aged 10-12, three of them girls, making their way through the village.
Nothing unusual about that, you may suppose, but this was at 2.45 in the morning!
Surely the actions of their parents in allowing this must be at best negligent and at worst criminal - or perhaps they didn't know?
