THE White Hart Premier bowls team took on a Harborne Green Man side at home on a fast green.
After the first four games the Hart were only seven shots up with skipper Dave Kings having one of the longest and strangest games seen at the Hart for many years before running out a 21-14 winner.
A good card from Chris Hollins 21-7 in the middle order brought the game back into the Hart's favour and it was left to Martin Onions 21-11 and Dave Edwards 21-15 to round off the game to leave White Hart 37-shot winners.
