The museum has been taking bookings from schools as far away as Warwick for the "blitz and evacuation" project. History lessons at Bewdley.
The activity, designed to fit in with the history curriculum for a range of ages, involves original and replica artefacts and authentic sound effects being used by costumed interpreters to bring the sights, sounds and emotions of the war to life.
Twenty-two children from Chaddesley Corbett First School were among the first to take part in the event, which also features a real evacuation up the Severn Valley line to Arley.
Museum education officer Monica Rees said ten schools had booked up to take part, including youngsters from Offmore First School next Tuesday and Wednesday.
