JEREMY Robinson will get his Open campaign under way at St Annes Old Links on Sunday, July 15.
The Evesham golfer will be hoping to repeat his feat of two years ago when he qualified for the main event and partnered American star David Duval after making the cut.
Robinson will complete his 36-hole qualifying task on Monday, July 16, three days before the 130th Open Championship starts at Royal Lytham and St Annes.
Robinson's build up will be a quiet one after failing to get a spot in this week's European Tour event at The K Club but he is in good form and finished sixth at last week's Midland Professional Championship at Grantham.
