A TEAM of sporting soccer players who organised a charity trek from Malvern to Droitwich Spa, have collected around £2,000.
Chawson Old Boys' Football Club made the 15-mile march earlier this year and have now received a majority of the sponsor money.
The kind-hearted footballers will split the cash between a cancer charity, an organisation for people with learning difficulties and their club.
The five-hour march culminated with a fun day at the Doverdale Arms, in Stalls Farm Road.
