A LEADING children's author will visit Great Alne Primary School later this week to give youngsters an insight into the world of literature.
Bob Wilson will be in the classroom on Friday, working with the youngsters throughout the day before meeting their parents and signing copies of his books.
Mr Wilson, from the Derbyshire Dales is the acclaimed author of several books in the hugely successful Jets series, as well as the much loved Stanley Bagshaw stories.
He has also written for both television and radio, including the popular TV series Joshua Jones.
