THERE is a new man at the helm of Alcester's Court Leet, writes Helen Clarke.
David Insull has been chosen to take over as High Bailiff for the coming year, succeeding Bill Malin.
Chris Wright will fill the role of Low Bailiff, which has remained vacant for a year.
Mr Insull, who is married to Jackie, has lived in Alcester for more than four years and is Oversley Green Residents' Association chairman.
