A JIM Robinson strike in the 57th minutesealed the points for Timbers, writes Oliver Bhurrut.

The first half produced nothing of notewith the first shot on target coming from Robinson in the 25th minute.

Robinson should have given the Timbermen the lead three minutes later but hit the post from five yards with only keeper Dave Inman to beat.

Handrahan took the initiative after the break and Robinson latched on to a defensive clearance, turned his marker and blasted into the roof of the net.

Two minutes later Inman was forced to turn away a powerful Dean Evans free kick.

The visitors finally had a chance to levelin the 62nd minutebut Andy Underwood missed the ball six yards out and scuffed his second attempt into the keeper's arms.

In the 71st minute Underwood turnedthe Timbers defence inside out but pulled his shot wide.

Evans launched the ball over Mark Davis two minutes later and Davis raced through and forced a superb one-handed save from Inman.

Evans had a second chance to kill the game six minutes from time but his lob over Inman easily cleared the bar.

But Feckenham did not punish the hosts for missing chances and struggled to break down a sturdy home defence.
