STUDLEY manager Mark Chambers and assistant John Mitchell have done their homework on Saturday's Vase opponents Rainworth MW.
BKL have to visit the former Vase winners and Chambers is considering assigning a man-to-man marker to their leading scorer who topped the league scoring charts last season.
Redditch United midfielder Gavin Barratt, cup-tied in the Vase, has been recalled by Nicky Cross, left back Rob Powell and striker Kevin Rowlands are on holiday and player-coach Trevor Whittington is a doubt with a long-standing groin injury.
Striker Andy Grubb had his first action of the season with a 15 minute run out at the weekend and holidaying defender/midfielder Martin Keight returned.
And Chambers was critical of his side despite Saturday's 4-1 win over Midland Alliance basement club Stafford.
But goals from Rowlands, Steven Hands, Jamie Bayley and Kenny Fergie, returned Studley to the top of the Alliance scorers with 32 goals in 13 matches.
The club are holding a race night on Saturday October 27 from 8pm and anyone is welcome, for details ring the club on 853817.
