MORE than 2,000 parishioners are to be kept informed of Alvechurch Parish Council plans when a newsletter is launched.
The newsletter will also provide useful contacts and telephone numbers and the first issue would include a slip to be returned to the council stating whether parishioners want to receive the next issue.
Parish council clerk Gill Lungley said the newsletter would be published on an "as and when" basis rather than quarterly as originally hoped.
Every household in the parish is expected to receive the first issue.
