COOKLEY'S players said a fond farewell to New Zealand import Jim Blakeley at their end-of-season awards night at the Bulls Head pub.
Blakeley, who returned home this week, scored a century during the season and was presented with a special memento.
Other century makers were Lee Shewry, who produced the best batting display, and Martin Williams.
Adam Sellick was best bowler, while John Martin topped the second team's batting and bowling averages.
It was a good night for the Matthews family with Richard clubman of the year and his son Adam the Sunday player of the year.
A Matthews also picked up the Tim Faloon Trophy for best young player.
