ATHLETICS: Amazing Feet's Richard Baker was their star of the weekend as he completed two tough multi-terrain events in 21 hours.
Baker recorded one hour 10 minutes 54 seconds in the Worcestershire Beacon race across the Malvern Hills.
He then lined up at the Bells of Pattingham 7.2 mile race on Sunday, finishing in 1-03-53.
Gordon Sims, 1-08-01, and Heather Harrison, 1-17-01, also took part in Malvern.
At Pattingham, the club had 11 runners competing in the 11th event in the Race League.
Eddie Sanders finished second Male over-50 in 48-53 and was first home for the club.
Rob Edwards recorded 57-04, Andy Norris 59-53, Debbie Sault knocked over 12 minutes from her 2000 time with 59-55.
Other finishers: Martin Childe 1-02-30, Colin Lucas 1-04-04, John Amos 1-05-56, Nicola Beecroft 1-05-56, Irene Sanders 1-14-43 and Jean Lucas 1-14-51.
Amos continues to lead the Race League from E Sanders with Baker now third. In the ladies, Ruth Miles leads by three points from I Sanders.
The next league event is the Stroud half-marathon on Sunday, October 28.
