THREE second half goals gave Chaddesley Corbett a 3-1 victory over Malvern Town Reserves to progress to the Worcester Nursing Cup quarter-finals.
Chaddesley always looked the more likely to score and Craig Pratt was closest early when his fine header hit the bar.
Fellow West Midland League Malvern threatened at times but home keeper Anthony Shuck was in fine form and thwarted their efforts.
After the interval, Chaddesley's enterprise was rewarded when Andy Potter slotted home past the visiting goalkeeper.
Pratt struck the woodwork again when his drive crashed off the foot of the post.
But Chaddesley added a second when Stuart Jordan cut inside the penalty area before unleashing an unstoppable shot into the corner of the net.
Malvern pressurised Chaddesley for 10 minutes and Matt Baynton suffered a leg injury, having to be replaced by Sean Williams.
Lee Richardson managed to pull a goal back for the visitors but Pratt finally made sure of victory with a deserved goal.
Baynton, Jordan and Potter all showed their promise, while Gavin Knight again gave an outstanding performance.
In the quarter-final, Chaddesley will entertain Midland Combination side Archdales.
