BEWDLEY'S tough introduction to North Midlands Three continued with a 96-0 defeat to Bredon Star in their third game of the season.
Bredon started well and showed they are a team to be reckoned with this season.
Points flowed quickly through the pure pace of the wings which Bewdley could not handle.
A bad start got worse when Bewdley lost their pace-man Matt Collier with a badly broken leg.
Bredon's backs ruled the game and scored at will but Bewdley were unlucky not to score midway through the second half.
Darren Hughes picked up a loose ball from a line-out and powered for the line only to be stopped agonisingly short.
Bredon did not let up and scored more points but later complimented their opponents for not letting their heads drop.
