SALFORD Players are turning the clock back on October 26 and 27 when they present a Wartime Variety Concert, in Salford Village Hall, near Chipping Norton.
It promises to be an evening full of surprises, nostalgia and humour, and, for those who like singing, some choruses to join in.
To add to the fun, visitors are being invited to turn up in 1940s dress.
Doors open at 7pm and a two-course meal will be served at 7.30pm. Beer, wine and soft drinks will be available.
Tickets cost £12 to include the meal and one drink, available from Gilly Barnard on 01608 643276, and proceeds will go to the much-needed village hall funds.
