The group hosted the Leys Group autumn meeting, which was attended by 100 members, who heard Vicky Coglan speaking about the WI loan collection, which includes many crafts.
The collection can be brought to any meeting, on request. Members were to apply for the cookery course.
Mike George from Radio Hereford and Worcester gave a talk on his career.
The competition was won by Kinver.
The after-supper entertainment was provided by Margaret Peters, who sang a variety of items, accompanied at the piano by Jean Oven.
Habberley's next meeting will be on November 1 at 7.30pm, when the theme will be Gift Wrapping with a Difference.
