THE Rev D Griffin cited David Blunkett's reference "to act against the Islamic Terrorists" (You Say, October 10).
I think it is very inflammatory to muslims, to refer to the perpetrators of the US tragedy as Islamic terrorists. After all, we refer to the Irish perpetrators by their political affiliation, not by their religious belief.
As for his moral advice, it is equally immoral and irresponsible, to sell arms to foreign governments who then use them to suppress their own people or neighbouring countries.
Irrespective of who voted New Labour in - in the last General Election - we should all share in the shame of the US tragedy.
MR L SPITERI, Worcester.
