AUTUMN in Malvern will be looking to build on a strong opening to the 2001 festival with two more events planned for next weekend.
The Aldwyn Voices will be at Malvern Priory on Saturday, October 27 at 1pm.
The programme includes work by Finzi, Tavenor and, reflecting the theme of Japan in the festival, Takemitsu.
Tickets are £5 and soloists are Mark Bebbington, piano and Louise Vale, violin.
At the Malvern Theatres on Sunday, October 28, at 11am, there will be a talk called C F A Voysey, The Morality of Architecture.
Architectural historian Dr Wendy Hitchmough will talk about Voysey's work, which included Perrycroft and Walnut Tree House in the Malvern area. Tickets are £4.50.
There are also four exhibitions currently running.
At Malvern Priory there is Siegfried Sassoon - Images from Life, which runs till November 4.
Lyttelton House Gallery has One Hundred Views of Mitate by Nana Shiomi, featured in the Gazette & Reporter last week and running to November 3.
At the Malvern Theatres there is Beauty of the Four Seasons by Fumio Kitaoka, prints by one of Japan's renowned Sosaku Hanga artists, running to October 28.
Alongside it is Hokusai and Hiroshige, prints by great 18th and 19th Century Japanese artists.
